Why Media Tool?
All must have media processing features bundled into one application to boost your productivity and help you to manage your media library in a new way.
Why not the default macOS apps?
There are built-in macOS video/image/audio converters. They aren't flexible enough for today needs. One-two options per media type, no custom resolution, no HDR support for H.264, audio conversions contantly crashes and the progress doesn't updates.
How do I add media files for transcoding/compressing?
There are many ways to achieve that. You can Drag and Drop media to the launch screen, use Gallery or File picker via button on top right and inside of the application menu, or you can use Quick Actions in Finder.
How to use Super Resolution feature?
Super Resolution is an AI video/image upscaling technology. It is hidden by default due to computational and time complexity. To enable it open the application settings and switch the Expert Mode on.
